We take both. A single machine with a guarding circuit and a small panel is a complete project, and it deserves the same schematic discipline as a full line. Many clients begin with one machine, keep the drawing, and return later when a second machine needs to talk to the first. Because every sheet is numbered and retained in the flat files, the second project starts from a document rather than from memory.
A first schematic set for a single machine or a small room is usually ready for review within two to three weeks of the survey, depending on how many field devices are involved. A multi-zone production line takes longer because the sensor network and interlock chains are more extensive. We always agree the drawing scope in writing before we begin, so there is no surprise at the review meeting.
Yes. Commissioning is a station on the route, not the end of it. We keep the as-built revision current, answer questions by email and phone, and return to site when tuning or a fault requires it.
